Yes. Several of our engagements are air-gapped. We ship image registries, signed upgrade paths, and operational procedures that don't assume outbound internet.
Yes. A significant number of our clients move to a managed operations model after the initial implementation. We run ongoing Tanzu platform operations under defined SLAs, covering monitoring, incident response, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
