Solution

ANKASOFT designed and implemented a modern, automated, and scalable DevOps infrastructure for TOFAŞ. Powered by VMware Tanzu and Tanzu Application Platform (TAP), the new architecture consolidated container workloads onto a centralized, standardized platform. End-to-end DevOps processes were redesigned with full automation, enabling greater efficiency, consistency, and control.

Results

Following the transformation, TOFAŞ’s DevOps processes became significantly leaner, more manageable, and sustainable. Applications developed by different teams were unified under a single quality standard, while operational efficiency and system stability improved substantially.
