Tanzu makes the most sense for organisations already running VMware infrastructure who want an enterprise Kubernetes platform with deep vSphere integration, commercial support, and a consistent operational model across on-premise and cloud environments. If you are running vanilla Kubernetes on bare cloud, Tanzu may not be the right answer. We will tell you that honestly in the first conversation.
